
Two-Month Multi-Agency Investigation Leads to Arrest – Drugs Worth $185,000 Seized from Residence and Vehicle
KENORA, ON – A significant drug bust in Kenora has resulted in the seizure of cocaine, methamphetamine, and thousands of prescription opioids, following a two-month investigation by multiple police agencies.
Multi-Agency Operation Targets Drug Trafficking
Launched in March 2025, the investigation was a collaborative effort involving:

The probe focused on the suspected trafficking of cocaine, methamphetamine, and prescription narcotics within Kenora and surrounding areas.
Search Warrant Leads to Major Seizure
On May 6, 2025, officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Kenora and on a vehicle, which was also seized as offence-related property. The operation led to the following seizures:

370 grams of suspected cocaine

350 grams of suspected methamphetamine

235 oxycodone tablets
-
3,000 hydromorphone tablets
-
$5,630 in Canadian currency
The estimated street value of the drugs seized is approximately $185,000.
Kenora Man Charged with Drug Trafficking
As a result of the investigation, Larry SNOW, age 64, of Kenora, has been arrested and charged with the following offences under the Criminal Code and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act:

Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000

Possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine

Possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine

Possession for the purpose of trafficking – hydromorphone

Possession for the purpose of trafficking – oxycodone
Snow was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kenora on May 9, 2025.
