Thunder Bay – Update: Homicide Suspect Arrested, Two Others Remain At Large

THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police Service is continuing its investigation into a homicide. Police are reporting that they are still looking for two other suspects, in connection with the homicide investigation of Lee CHIODO.

As reported earlier on NNL, in the evening hours of Saturday, March 2, police arrested David HUI, 47, of Thunder Bay. HUI is charged with Kidnapping and First Degree Murder.

HUI appeared in court and was remanded into custody with a future court date.

Through the course of their investigation, detectives have identified and are now looking for two other suspects.

If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Marshall HARDY-FOX, 27, of Thunder Bay, and Musab Khamis SABOON, 27, Of Kitchener, Ont., please call police at 684-1200 or 911.

Police advise: Do not approach or confront either individual. Both men are wanted for charges of First-Degree Murder and Kidnapping.
