Canada Post says it is changing business model to adapt to digital age

Thunder Bay, ON – The Canadian Union of Postal Workers has given notice that rotating strikes will begin Monday if agreements cannot be made over the coming weekend. In response to this potential postal service interruption, Thunder Bay Hydro is notifying customers that the utility will bill as usual and will continue to utilize the Canada Post service.

Thunder Bay Hydro encourages customers to use its online and electronic bill services to minimize the impact of the potential strike. By registering for MyTBHYDRO, customers can manage their electricity account online, view their energy consumption, as well as access current and past statements to ensure payment and receipt of their bill amount on time. Customers can register for MyTBHYDRO by visiting tbhydro.on.ca or calling Thunder Bay Hydro at (807)-343-1111.

Customers can find options for payment on the back page of their electricity bill or at tbhydro.on.ca.
