WINNIPEG – Blackstone, the popular APTN program is set to go for season three. The new episodes will have their premier broadcasts on September 25th on APTN. The show offers a fictional but gritty look at life on a First Nation Reserve. The series is based out of ‘Blackstone First Nation’ and brings in viewers to some of the realities, meshed carefully with the drama and emotion of life.

Prairie Dog Film + Television is the producer of Blackstone. “Production went very well and the level of talent on this series is exceptional,” says Executive Producer & Director Ron E. Scott. “It may be our most explosive season yet and we look forward to having our viewers experience it.”

Season 3 continues the raw, uncompromising look at the fictional community of Blackstone First Nation. The line that separates those that can still be saved and those that are so far gone becomes dangerously blurred.

Conflict, Struggle and Drama
