Mass Shooting was Pre-Planned – Police
The police are reporting that the family of the suspect authorities believe is responsible for a mass shooting in Santa Barbara California had contacted police weeks ago. The family was deeply concerned over Youtube videos that the suspect posted that the family’s lawyer shooting rampage near a Santa Barbara, California, university called police several weeks ago after being alarmed by YouTube videos “regarding suicide and the killing of people,” a lawyer said Saturday.
