It’s a chilly start across the city with temperatures sitting around 1 degree and mostly clear skies. Expect clouds to roll in through the morning, with northwest winds near 20 kilometres an hour developing by late morning. Your daytime high — a cool plus 5, with a UV index of 2, or low.

Tonight — mainly cloudy with light winds and temperatures dipping to minus 3.

Looking ahead to Friday, we’ll see a mix of sun and cloud with lighter winds and a high of 7 degrees — though it’ll feel closer to minus 7 in the morning with the wind chill.

Saturday and Sunday bring a welcome warm-up — partly sunny skies on Saturday with a high of 12, and full sunshine on Sunday with a pleasant 13 degrees.
