In the serene surroundings of the Northern Bear Golf Club, Sandy Scott from Scotland has emerged as the solo leader after a solid 4-under second round at the ATB Classic. He currently stands at 10-under par, just ahead of a three-way tie for second place.

Argentinian Tommy Cocha and Americans David Perkins and George Markham are all tied at 9-under as they head into the weekend. Scott’s impressive performance included a critical birdie putt on the final hole of his second round.

Reflecting on his decisive putt, Scott shared, “I probably had just over 30 feet. It was a double-breaker, but the breaks were balanced, making it almost a straight putt. I focused on the pace, and it was a bonus that it went in.”
