TORONTO – COVID-19 Update – Dr. Barbara Yaffe, Ontario’s associate chief medical officer of health, and Dr. Adalsteinn Brown, the dean of the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto and the co-chair of Ontario’s COVID-19 Science Advisory Table, present the latest modelling data concerning the possible impact of the COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic in the province.
The presentation comes ahead of an announcement by Ontario Premier Doug Ford concerning additional public-health measures aimed at slowing the spread of COVID-19.
