THUNDER BAY – CRIME – Thunder Bay Police report that 48 year old Robert David Barbeau died on Sunday at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences.

Barbeau died as result of injuries sustained from an Aggravated Assault on Thursday June 5, 2014.

TBPS report that “Mr. Barbeau had been rushed to hospital after being stabbed outside of his apartment building in the 800 block of McLaughlin Street”.

48 year old David Charles Wilson was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Assault. That charge has been upgraded to 2nd Degree Murder. Wilson remains in custody”.

Both men were residents of same apartment building. Wilson’s next court appearance is today.
