Great North Wrestling – Twenty Man Battle Royal Will Crown Champion

GNW OTTAWA – After eight years of wrestling action across Canada, Great North Wrestling will finally crown the promotion’s first champion in a battle royal on September 3rd at the “Macho Man Randy Savage Memorial Show” which will be held at the Robert Hartley Arena in Hawkesbury Ontario.

Great North Wrestling hasn’t had a champion yet because its president, Devon “Hannibal” Nicholson believes that belts need to have significant stature and the company needs to have a bit of history before it crowns a champion and GNW now does.

The belt also has to mean something so Nicholson has disqualified himself from being able to fight for the Championship, as he is president of GNW.

What makes this battle royal special is that every wrestler in it will be wrestling for no pay.

If one of the wrestlers are already wrestling on the card they will get no extra pay for participating in the Battle Royal. The wrestler will be doing it for the honour and prestige of becoming the first “Great North Wrestling Champion”.

It is a twenty-man Battle Royal. The first five spots are already taken.

If you are a wrestler that wants to apply to get in send in your resume, and Youtube links to greatnorthwrestling@gmail.com with the headline GNW Championship Battle Royal.
