Thunder Bay – News – Synergy North is dealing with power outages affecting customers in the Southside/Mapleward Road and Northside/Balsam Street areas:

Approx. 1,300 customers are without power from the Mapleward Station due to downed lines on Mapleward Rd.

An additional 400 customers are out from the Balsam Station.

Crews are on site working safely and quickly to restore power. The Utility appreciates your patience, and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
