THUNDER BAY – MISSING – The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating missing person Richard GRAHAM, 42.
Richard was reported as a missing person to the Thunder Bay Police Service on Wednesday, August 7. He was reportedly last seen on July 28 in the area of Cumberland Street North by the Boulevard Lake dam.
He is described as a White male, standing 5’6″ in height with a slim build. He has medium-length red hair and a red beard, and hazel eyes.
He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve Toronto Maple Leafs shirt, grey sweatpants, running shoes, and had a black and green backpack.
