Persistent Rain and Chilly Winds Define Early May in Thunder Bay

Thunder Bay – WEATHER – Street sweepers were out early this morning in the downtown Waterfront District. There is a lot of work needed every spring to try to make our roads, sidewalks and bike lanes easier to navigate.
