Student Transportation Update for Friday, April 8, 2022

THUNDER BAY – LIVING – UPDATED Student transportation is scheduled to run today, Friday, April 8, however continued poor road conditions in some rural areas may cause significant delays or route cancellations.

Power has been restored at all rural schools affected by Wednesday’s storm for any rural families who choose to drive their students to school.

Student Transportation report the following route cancellations for Friday, April 8, 2022.

  • NORTH 16 servicing St James AM & PM, Vance Chapman AM & PM, Superior AM & PM, Hammarskjold PM cancelled for Friday, April 8
  • NORTH 68 servicing St Ignatius AM & PM, La Verendrye AM, St Margaret AM & PM cancelled for Friday, April 8
  • NORTH 102 servicing Gorham and Ware AM & PM, Hammarskjold AM, Superior AM cancelled for Friday, April 8
  • SOUTH 37 servicing Holy Family AM & PM cancelled for Friday, April 8
  • SOUTH 74 servicing St Patrick AM & PM, Sherbrooke AM & PM, Westgate AM & PM, St Elizabeth AM cancelled for Friday, April 8
