Thunder Bay – LIVING – It is looking like the iconic Hoito is making a comeback.
The Finlandia Co-operative of Thunder Bay Inc is partnering with the new owners of the Finnish Labour Temple to renovate and reopen the beloved restaurant.
This new co-operative is in no affiliation to the previous Finlandia Association of Thunder Bay.
