Heat Advisory – Pickle Lake, Cat Lake, Kingfisher Lake – July 24 2019


PICKLE LAKE – WEATHER – Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for Pickle Lake, Cat Lake, Summer Beaver, Kingfisher Lake, and Wunnummin Lake.

The warm weather is going to continue through Thursday with cooling conditions expected by Friday.

The weather service says that “Daytime maximum temperatures near 29 degrees are expected along with an overnight minimum temperature near 18 degrees, providing little relief from the heat.”

Heat Warning in effect for:

  • Pickle Lake – Cat Lake
  • Summer Beaver – Wunnummin Lake – Kingfisher Lake

A heat event will continue tonight into Thursday.
