THUNDER BAY – POLITICS – My name is David Bruno, I was and born and raised in Thunder Bay. I am sure some of you will know of me and my family already, as we have been making your daily bread here for over 25 years and serving the residents of our wonderful community at Donatos Bakery.
I’m I proud to announce that I am running for the nomination to be your Liberal Candidate for Thunder Bay-Rainy River, and I need your support to help me to do this. I ask for your vote so that I can represent you in Ottawa.
I have strong views on ensuring that our community gets back its political voice, and I am determined to see to it that we are given back the funding for our community that historically have been depleted away.
By ourselves, this change will not happen, but collectively and with your support I can, and will make this happen. That’s why I’m in this race. Not just to hold office, but to work with you to transform our community for the better, not just for us now, but for our children and their children to come.
Join me and give me your support, then I’m ready to take up the challenge, and work with you to the utmost of my ability.
I will once nominated, see to it that our health care system is restored to be in line with that of Southern Ontario. Just look at our own hospital for example vs the mega-hospitals down east.
This campaign can’t only be about me, It must be about us – it must be about what we can do together. This campaign must be the occasion of our hopes and dreams as a community. It will take your time, your energy, and your advice to push things forward when we’re doing right, and to let me know when we’re not. This campaign has to be about reclaiming the meaning of local community, restoring our sense of common purpose, and realising that few obstacles can withstand the power of our combined voices.
Please give me your support. I will then take up the challenge, and work with you to my utmost ability. Thank you for your support!
