“A tough finish to an otherwise good weekend. We were right there but it seemed like we ran out of gas in the third quarter and early fourth. Our energy dipped a bit and it showed. Overall a positive step forward for our guys getting to see we can compete with anyone in the country when we stay the course and play together.” – Coach Ryan Thomson
Mor Menashe had 17 points along with Nick Burke and Trevon Ash who both contributed 10.
Lakehead will play Laurier next Friday and Saturday in their last regular season home games.
