THUNDER BAY – Wild Fire Update – Time of Report 17:00 – As of the afternoon of May 29 there have been 54 forest fires in the Northwest Region burning a total of 156.5 hectares. There are no active fires in the Northwest Region at this time.

With the rainfall that occurred over the weekend the fire hazard is low to moderate across the region.
