No Charges Laid in LU Complaint

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – The Thunder Bay Police were called by University Security to attend the Patterson Library on a report of a suspicious male on January 27th, 2017.

Officers arrived at approximately 6:30 p.m. and spoke to the female complaint. Based on the descriptors provided, a male was located and detained for further investigation.

Based on the information gathered by officers, it was deemed the incident was non-criminal and the young male was released unconditionally.

Follow up review of the incident by Criminal Investigations Branch has been completed and this incident is concluded.
