Three Suspects Arrested and Charged in Robbery Incident in Thunder Bay Intercity

Thunder Bay PoliceTHUNDER BAY – CRIME – Thunder Bay Police report that “Three adults are in custody facing charges of Robbery after police were called to the Intercity area last night just before 11:30PM. A passerby had called 911 to ask for assistance for a female who was being attacked by two males and a female.

Police state that a twenty-two-year old female victim had been walking up Memorial Avenue across from Intercity Shopping Centre when three individuals apparently jumped her and took her backpack. Uniform Patrol officers were on scene quickly and were able to locate the two males and female a short distance away. The victim had minor injuries.

Eighteen-year-old Serenity Stephanie Nodin, twenty-year-old Kyle Slipperjack, and twenty-year-old Jon Jordi Sugarhead were taken into custody and face charges of robbery. All three have been remanded in custody until their next court date on August 19, 2015.
