THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police report that “An Intercity business was the scene of a break and enter overnight”.

The owner of an office supply store in the 500 block of Central Avenue responded to an alarm just before 1:00AM EDT.

Upon arrival the owner had a brief struggle with a male who was inside the store. The suspect then fled in a pickup truck which had been used to smash into the front window. There were no injuries.

Thirty-six-year old Jeremy Edgar Bisson was arrested after uniformed patrol officers stopped his vehicle just before 4:00AM on Balsam Street.

Bisson has been charged with Break & Enter as well as Possession of Break & Enter Instruments.

Bisson has been remanded into custody. His next court date is March 17, 2015.
