Thunder Bay Police report on a homicide in Thunder Bay

THUNDER BAY – An early morning incident has resulted in a death. Thunder Bay Police are reporting that the victim of the beating at a South Cumberland Apartment has died.

Just after 8:00AM this morning, Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded to a 911 call regarding an alleged stabbing at 122 Cumberland Street South. Upon arrival, a 46 year old male victim was located in an apartment at this location. He was pronounced dead at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre a short time later.

Two individuals were taken into custody at the residence. Charges are pending. The name of the victim will be released once next of kin have been notified.
