Thunder Bay chamber of commerceTHUNDER BAY – Lifefest being held on the weekend. Lifefest features five themed collectives: the Health Hut, Lifestyle Lane, Family Fair, Pet Park and Artisans Alley.  Each area will have interactive displays and exhibits. There will be a wealth of information and fun for all ages from newborns to seniors.

The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce Lifefest is taking place at the Lowerys SportsDome, Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5 from 10am – 4pm.  It is a two day expo designed to inspire, educate, and improve quality of life in our community.

Lifefest kicks off Friday

Features include the opportunity to adopt a dog from New Hope Dog Rescue and Northern Lights Rescue, cooking demos, wine and food pairing, hair demos, fashion shows, scuba diving lessons, massages, various health related testing, “Ask the Experts” and much more.

Special Guest Celebrity HGTV’s Food Network Kevin Brauch, from the Iron Chef and the Thirsty Traveler series is the feature at the VIP Evening 6pm-9pm Saturday where he will give “mixology” lessons, cooking demos in conjunction with local chefs and share stories of his various adventures of travel throughout the world.
