The male has provided the Thunder Bay Police Service with a written apology”.

The Thunder Bay Police Service will not pursue Public Mischief charges against the complainant.

Thunder Bay Police state, “We would like to remind that public that a charge of Mischief can result in causing police to enter into a false investigation”.
