THUNDER BAY – Special to NNL – You think you’re tough? Well… How much can you bench? Come out and watch or test your own strength on Saturday November 17,2012 at Bench for the Cure- Help Support Hudson Bishop.

The competition takes place at the North End Rec Centre on Huron Ave starting at 3PM.

Our guys will push their luck and see who can bench press the most weight as a fund raising effort for 10 month old Hudson Bishop who was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia).

Little Hudson is currently fighting for his life in a London hospital and his family needs help. Hudson’s family will be staying with him for the duration of his treatment and we hope that the money and support raised will help them manage through this difficult time.
