Third Suspect Arrested in Mac’s Convenience Store Robbery on Edward Street

THUNDER BAY – Crimebeat – Thunder Bay Police Service have announced the third Suspect has been arrested in Mac’s Convenience Store robbery on Edward Street Three young offenders are in custody and charged in connection with the robbery at Mac’s on North Edward Street which occurred just after 1:30AM this morning. In the robbery, a store clerk was allegedly cut with a knife before the three male suspects made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Two males suspects aged 14 and 15 years old were taken into custody shortly after the incident. A 16 year old male was arrested this afternoon at a Blucher Avenue residence.

All three have been charged with Robbery with Violence.
