THUNDER BAY – AbitibiBowater workers and pensioners have received another letter from Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP in Wilmington Delaware. The letter outlines that there will be a hearing on July 7th, 2010 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The hearing will be to determine the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement from the Company.
