Thunder Bay police seek help locating missing man Michael Sinoway

THUNDER BAY — Thunder Bay Police Service is asking for the public’s help in locating Michael Sinoway, 50, who was last seen in the city’s north side on Thursday. Police have also issued a correction to his age. Missing-person investigations can move quickly, and timely public tips can be critical in helping officers locate someone safely.

Michael Sinoway last seen near 900 block of Oliver Road

Police say Michael Sinoway was last seen on April 2 in the area of the 900 block of Oliver Road.

He is described as an Indigenous man, five-foot-seven and about 140 pounds, with shoulder-length black hair, a grey-and-black goatee and mustache, and brown eyes.
Police say he was last seen wearing a black winter jacket with fur trim, an army green hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and black shoes.
