28-year-old last seen in mid-October near Syndicate Avenue South; no contact with family since October

THUNDER BAY — The Thunder Bay Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Miguel Raffaele, 28, who has been reported missing.

Police say Raffaele has had no contact with his family since October 2025. He was last seen in mid-October in the Syndicate Avenue South area.

Raffaele is described as a man, approximately 5’9”, with a fair complexion and thin build. He has a shaved head (light brown hair if grown out), green eyes, and a brown beard.

Anyone with information on Raffaele’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Thunder Bay Police Service at (807) 684-1200.
