Let’s start in Kenora and the Lake of the Woods region — it’s a cool and calm start with partly cloudy skies this morning. Expect a mix of sun and cloud through the day, and a daytime high near plus 7 with light northwest winds. Tonight stays mostly clear, dipping down to minus 2.

Over in Dryden and Vermilion Bay, you’ll see a similar story — mainly sunny conditions with light winds up to 15 kilometres an hour. Highs around 7 degrees, and a chilly night ahead with lows near minus 2.

And for Fort Frances, enjoy plenty of sunshine through your Friday with calm conditions and a high near 8 degrees. Clear skies continue tonight with lows hovering around minus 3.
