A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is now in effect for Thunder Bay, adding urgency to today’s earlier storm forecast.

Environment Canada warns that conditions are ripe for dangerous thunderstorms this morning that may deliver damaging wind gusts, large hail, and heavy rainfall. This is in addition to already elevated heat and humidity levels expected throughout the day.
