Dryden OPP Charge Man following Disturbance

DRYDEN – NEWS – On May 7th, 2022 at approximately 11:04 am CDT officers received a report of a disturbance on Van Horne Avenue in the City of Dryden.

OPP officers responded to the disturbance that resulted in police locating a set of brass knuckles.

Officers located the individuals involved in the disturbance. After further investigation officers found one individual to be in possession of brass knuckles.

As a result of the investigation, Devin BOUSFIELD, 37, of Dryden has been charged with the following Criminal Offences:

  • Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
  • Failure to comply with prohibition order

The accused was released from custody and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice Dryden to answer to the above charges at a later date.

None of the charges have been proven in a court of law. All accused are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
