Thunder Bay – WEATHER – Extreme Cold Warnings are in effect this morning across almost all of our region. Only the Kenora and Fort Frances regions are outside the warning area.

Temperatures near minus 30 and wind chill values near minus 40 are expected to moderate later this morning.
