VICTORIA – British Columbia will close down bars and the sale of liquor at 8:00 PM today for the night in an effort to slowdown the spread of COVID-19. The province reported 485 new cases and 11 more deaths related to COVID-19 on December 30, 2020.

Bars will have to close at 8:00 PM. Restaurants will be closed by 10:00 PM. Sales of alcohol at grocery stores and other businesses is not allowed after 8:00 PM.
