WINNIPEG – Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister provides an update on his government’s response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, as new restrictions take effect in the province aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus. The Winnipeg metro region is now in the red or critical level under the province’s pandemic response system, while the rest of the province has moved to the orange or restricted level. The new public-health measures will be in place for at least weeks.
