Thunderstorm Warning

DRYDEN – WEATHER – Environment Canada has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for the Dryden Region.

These thunderstorms are located between Sioux Lookout and Savant Lake and are moving east at about 60 km/h.

Locations impacted may include:
East English River Provincial Park, Ghost River, Clarkdon and Savant Lake.

Take cover immediately, if threatening weather approaches. Large hail can damage property and cause injury. Strong wind gusts can toss loose objects, damage weak buildings, break branches off trees and overturn large vehicles. Remember, severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes.
