THUNDER BAY – Let the City of Thunder Bay know how you feel. The Citizen’s Satisfaction Survey is now open for your input.
For those residents who were not contacted by telephone for the 2019 Citizen Satisfaction Survey, they now have an opportunity to share their views online until April 30.
The City of Thunder Bay commissioned Ipsos, a professional public opinion research company, to conduct the 2019 survey by telephone to a random selection of 500 residents for a two week period, April 2 – 16.
Conducted every two years, the scientifically valid survey gauges how satisfied residents are with city services, quality of life, important issues and more.
