THUNDER BAY – Entertainment – Thanks to a generous supporter, TBSO is dropping their $25 ticket price on its pre-season Symphony Virgins concert, making it a FREE concert on Friday night at the Da Vinci Centre.

The concert features Music Director Paul Haas conducting the whole orchestra. The program includes an exciting cross-section of classical music—ranging from John Williams’ Star Wars Suite to music from Appalachian Spring by Aaron Copland, with a little Beethoven and Mozart mixed in—especially curated for the evening by Haas.

If you haven’t been to a Symphony concert, or haven’t been to one in a long while, this is your chance to rediscover the power of classical music like it’s the first time! There’s never been a better time to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the finest live music Thunder Bay has to offer.

The concert starts at 7:30 pm at the Da Vinci. Come early for the best seats and a chance to meet Paul Haas and the musicians. The TBSO promises it will definitely be an evening to remember!
