THUNDER BAY – The deceased male located in the Kaministiquia River on September 1, 2018, has been identified as 42-year-old Geoffrey Francis of Thunder Bay.
His next of kin has been notified of his death.
Geoffrey Francis had ties to Thunder Bay and Kenora.
The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with this ongoing investigation.
