THUNDER BAY – CRIME – Thunder Bay Police have released the name of the victim in the February 5th North Cumberland Street homicide. The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Nicholas Wendal BAXTER of Thunder Bay.
The second person charged in connection to the homicide appeared before court on February 8th and has been remanded into custody to February 14th, 2018.
Rachel Mary Moonias 36 years of Thunder Bay is charged with Accessory After Fact to Murder.
None of the charges have been proven in court.
