RCMP Seek Missing Youth – Could be Headed to Ontario

Mssing 17 year old that could possibly be travelling to (or already be in) Ontario
Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta – During the evening of September 18, 2016, the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP received a complaint regarding a missing 17-year-old female named Siera Charters. Charters sent a text message to a friend at approximately 1715 hrs on September 18, and has not been able to be reached since. She was last seen in the area of the Dow Centennial Centre at approximately 1600hrs.

Police have been advised that Siera Charters also goes by the name of Quinn Charters.

Charters is described as:
• Female
• White
• Thin build
• Shoulder length blue hair
• Wearing an oversized back hoody and dark skinny jeans.

The Fort Saskatchewan RCMP are requesting the assistance of the public to help locate Siera Charters.
