THUNDER BAY – The 2016 Canadian Lakehead Exhibition runs from August 10-14th in Thunder Bay. The CLE is the biggest outdoor entertainment show in Northwestern Ontario. In addition to being a very popular Thunder Bay attraction, the CLE brings in people from across northern Ontario communities who often make the journey by air to Thunder Bay.

This year the fair is promising more excitement than ever with a full line-up sure  to please every member of the family. From the midway, which is most popular with the youth, to the cooking shows and demonstrations where grandparents and parents are lined up to learn a few great tips, there is something for everyone.

Advance tickets to this year’s CLE go on sale in Thunder Bay at all area Metro Grocery stores staring on July 6th and running through to August 9th. The advance ride wristband is $20 plus HST.

If you are in Northwestern Ontario and looking to come in by air to the CLE, the word is contact your air service provider as fast as you can to ensure you have a seat. Kasper Air, North Star Air, Wasaya Airways, Slate Falls Airways, and Nakina Air all offer flights to Thunder Bay for the CLE.
