Mac’s Robbery Suspect Arrested by Thunder Bay Police

Mac'sTHUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police report that a suspect in an attempted Mac’s store robbery has been arrested.

Police say that just after 4:00AM EDT, a male entered the Mac’s on Oliver Rd and threatened a staff member with a knife.

Thunder Bay Police were called and arrested the male suspect in a nearby laneway close.

The knife was recovered by officers, the staff member of Macs was not physically injured.

A thirty-year-old Thunder Bay man has been charged with robbery and also had several outstanding arrest warrants with Thunder Bay Police.
