THUNDER BAY – Three brave young men. Corporal Anthony Boneca, Private Robert Costall, and Private Josh Klukie served in Afghanistan, and the three soldiers paid the ultimate price fighting for what they believed in.

Afghanistan Day of Honour Service

Today is the National Day of Honour for Afghanistan.

When one looks at the faces of the young people who served in Afghanistan, you see the looks of soldiers who were zoned in to defend freedoms. The Canadians who served in Afghanistan were not there to gain more land for Canada, they were there to serve the greater cause.

Lest we forget.
