Missing woman’s remains identified

THUNDER BAY – In very sad news, the Coroner has reported to the family that the body recovered in a wooded area between the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Center and Riverside Cemetery on Oliver Road are those of Pauline Kireto.

The missing woman was the focus of a search since she went missing last fall. Forty-two year old Pauline Jean Kireto was last seen at 9:00AM. on October 15th, 2012.

The cause of death has not yet been released.

The family and friends of Pauline are setting up a memorial page on Facebook.
