Chamber of Commerce announces winners for 18th Annual Business Award

Thunder BayTHUNDER BAY – Business Now – The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce have announced the winners for our 18th Annual Business Awards, which were proudly presented by Bell. The awards were presented earlier this evening at the Valhalla Inn. The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce is the voice of business in Thunder Bay.

Awards are given for excellence in Thunder Bay. There are some new innovations shown in this year’s awards. The Thunder Bay Centre of Change which as rapidly become a true business incubator in the community won the Looking Good Award.

Quality Market and Nishnawbe Aski Nation were awarded the Strategic Partnership Award. NAN and Quality Market have combined their talents together in an effort to deliver great food choices to Northern communities in Ontario via an innovative online store and an arrangement with Wasaya Air. This effort comes together under positive changes made by the federal government in the Food North Program
