The X Pot, a new futuristic hotpot and Asain fusion restaurant, unveils a full menu, meant to mirror their interactive and immersive entertainment experience! Expert Chefs crafted the menu around only fresh, high-quality ingredients. Utilizing only fresh, live imported seafood, and purebred A5 Wagyu beef flown in daily from Japan.
The X Pot is also one of only four restaurants in Las Vegas to serve certified Kobe beef. Chefs have perfected a specialized aging process – all meat will be aged for at least 100 days before serving. Customers will be able to select the quality and level of meat, based on how long it has been aged.
The X Pot offers a modern twist on the thousand-year-old dining tradition, hot-pot. Hotpot is an authentic Chinese cuisine that allows diners to select and cook their own ingredients at the table. Signature dishes will include Wagyu Truffle Macaroni and Wagyu, Truffle Risotto, and much more.
In addition to an extensive menu, The X Pot features multiple entertainment features such as 5D projection rooms, face-chancing ceremonies, and noodles dances, both of which are traditional Chinese performances.
The X Pot was welcomed into the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Las Vegas Resort and Hotel in August 2020. This pioneering restaurant plans set a new standard for a luxury dining and entertainment.
