THUNDER BAY – Every Thursday this month, City Hall Sounds has offered a great selection of music, incredible food, and displays from Roots to Harvest, Respect Thunder Bay, and CAHEP.
The crowds for this new event, designed to take back the downtown have continued to grow each week.
