Thunder Bay Community Auditorium launches Community Survey as part of Rebrand Project

Thunder Bay, ON —The Thunder Bay Community Auditorium (TBCA) wants to hear from you!  As part of our 40th anniversary, TBCA is undergoing a rebranding to update our visual identity.  We are conducting a survey to see how the community would like us to be seen, experienced and remembered.
The survey will be open online at https://shoutmedia.typeform.com/tbcasurvey from April 20 to 30, 2026, and all members of the community are invited to participate.  Participants will also have the choice to opt-in to be selected to be a part of an in-person focus group to further discuss and provide feedback for the Auditorium to consider.
“A rebrand has been long overdue for the Auditorium,” explains Andrew Edwards, Acting General Manager, TBCA.  “Our current branding has been around for 40 years, and we want to refresh our image with something more modern, progressive, and welcoming.  We know how much the Auditorium means to our community, and that’s why it is important that we conduct this survey, to see what people really want to see from us, and how we should be presenting ourselves.”
Results of the survey and focus group will help identify key themes and findings that will help determine the Auditorium’s new brand voice.  An agency is assisting with the rebrand project, and will create a new logo, visual identity, colour palette, and overall look and feel.
The rebrand project is on track to be completed and unveiled this fall.
